In 2020, the world shut down, but we didn’t. 🌎

When borders closed and everything went virtual, we adapted by launching Virtual Service-Learning to keep young people connected to purpose across the globe.

What started as screens and conversations turned into something real.

A 5-year strategic plan.
A school sick bay.
A clean water project that will impact thousands.

Together with our partners in Ghana, we didn’t just create experiences, we built something that will last.

Today, tens of thousands of lives are better because of that commitment, and it’s been recognized on an international level.

This is what happens when you invest in people, trust local leadership, and stay for the long haul.

At AllPeopleBeHappy, we create impact, not just connection.

Rural communities around the world are facing a quiet crisis: young people leaving in search of opportunity, taking with them the energy, talent, and future of their hometowns.

But in the countryside of Ecuador, something different is happening.

Together with Nido de Vida and AllPeopleBeHappy, one community is reimagining what rural life can look like, creating opportunities, strengthening connections, and building a future people don’t want to leave.

From welcoming global volunteers to launching local projects in agriculture, water access, and sustainable farming, this is more than development. It is a movement rooted in pride, collaboration, and long-term vision.

And the impact is already real: stronger community ties, new sources of income, and a renewed sense of possibility for the next generation.

Change like this takes time. But it starts with people coming together and choosing to believe in what’s possible.

For over 25 years, All People Be Happy has been bringing people together across those divides, creating space for connection, understanding, and real dialogue.

�But few know the story behind it.

For generations, tea plantation families have lived without land, stability, or security. Their lives built on work, not ownership.

Then, on November 28th, 2025, a devastating cyclone changed everything.

Homes were destroyed.�Families were displaced.�Entire communities were pushed beyond the brink.
But in the face of crisis, action followed.

Through the work of Visions Global Empowerment and AllPeopleBeHappy, emergency relief reached those who needed it most: food, medical care, clothing, and hope.

Now, the mission is bigger than relief.
We’re rebuilding lives.

Creating a resettlement community where families will have:�• Safe homes�• Access to clean water�• Education from early learning to university�• Support for vulnerable children�• A real path to independence
Because relief isn’t enough.�Recovery isn’t enough.

For over six years, AllPeopleBeHappy has been deep in the heart of Trentino Province. While the world sees Italy for its architecture, we see it through its community. 🏔️

From all-volunteer fire crews in Castello Tesino to refugee centers in Trento, students learned that “abundance” isn’t just about scenery, it’s about how a city takes care of its own. 🤝

Whether we’re sharing apple strudel with local leaders or exploring communal lands in Rovereto, the mission remains the same: investing in the people who make communities strong. 🍎

Because community exists everywhere, and we all have a role to play in making our corner of the world a little bit better. 🌍❤️

Recovery moves faster, when relationships already exist.

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa devastated Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica, impacting communities we’ve partnered with for over 25 years.

Within days, the AllPeopleBeHappy network mobilized. Supporters across the globe helped fund relief efforts, restore communication, repair homes, rebuild the community center, install clean water systems, provide medical care, and create safe spaces for children.

This wasn’t a one-time response. It’s a long-standing partnership rooted in trust, local leadership, and shared responsibility.

The rebuilding continues. So do we.
