We’ll link steady breath with mindful movement to build strength, create space, and release tension. Options are offered throughout so beginners feel supported and seasoned yogis can deepen their practice. Come as you are and leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and grounded.

You’ve spent the entire week writing papers and studying. Shut the book, close the computer and head on up to Trees Pool for Pitt Program Council’s and Campus Recreation’s Dive-In Movie! You and your friends can enjoy campus’ olympic size swimming pool and a showing of the 1975 Spielberg classic Jaws all in one night! Door opens at 7:30PM and the will begin at 8. Enjoy the film from the comfort of pool floats and inner tubes! (Floats and inner tubes provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.)
Jaws is the story of a beach’s community’s fall into chaos after a killer shark is unleashed. It’s up to a local sheriff, a marine biologist, and an old seafarer to hunt the beast down.
This event is FREE for all Pitt Oakland Campus undergrad students. A certified lifeguard will be on duty at all time during the event
