Fourteen Tartans and one team are enshrined in the fifth class of the Carnegie Mellon Athletics Hall of Fame. 👏

The 15 honorees include an athletics administrator who also distinguished himself as a coach and student-athlete, a longtime leader of CMU's spirited Kiltie Band, 12 standout student-athletes and the 2012 Carnegie Mellon University Women's Soccer team, which earned the program's first Championship Tournament appearance.

Carnegie Mellon University's Kiltie Band is hiring a Color Guard Instructor! Join the Band without Pants for a season of crazy hats, iconic kilts, and beloved Kiltie traditions.

We're looking for someone who:

-Has experience designing and teaching color guard technique, choreography, and routines for pregame and halftime performances (a different halftime show each home game).

-Works effectively with a group of students of varying experience levels, from beginner to advanced performers.

-Is looking for a lighter, semi-flexible marching season schedule (no summer band camp, 2-hour weekly rehearsals for 7 weeks, 5+ Saturday home football games through mid-November).

If interested, please reach out to Band Director Jeremy Olisar at [email protected]
