USDA agencies met with some of our Pittsburgh urban ag partners on Wednesday at the Penn State Center Pittsburgh, working together to build relationships and improve impact. Had the opportunity to tour some great urban ag and conservation spots, including Tree Pittsburgh's Heritage Nursery, Garfield Community Farm, Bible Center's Oasis Project, the Sankofa Village site of the Black Urban Gardeners and Farmers of Pittsburgh Coop (BUGS), and Grow Pittsburgh's Shiloh Farm.
