In this “all or nothing” society, it’s no surprise that fad diets are abundant. Promising a “quick fix” or “3 weeks to the body of your dreams” type programs. Enticing? Of course! Realistic? Not so much. These programs may offer quick results, but are not easily maintained because of their rigid structure and a lack of a proper nutritional foundation. Through Precision Nutrition practices and ProCoach software, I'll help you master easily achievable habits that will set a solid foundation to last you a lifetime. There aren’t any products to buy or meal replacements to substitute so these habits and concepts can carry over to the rest of your family, improving the quality of life for those you love most. Over the course of this 12 month program, you will:
- learn the basics of proper nutrition and how to apply it to your everyday life
- form sound nutritional habits based on your goals
- dig deep to uncover current habits and limitations and make simple, sustainable changes to overcome these
