Calls for Fellowship Applications
Amid all the troubling news and adjustments caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, please also take note of two exciting new programs that Pitt's Humanities Center is now sponsoring for the 2020-21 academic year - one for Pitt faculty, another for Pitt graduate students.
We are now calling for applications from faculty to convene two Transdisciplinary Research Seminars. Successful applicants will receive a course release in Spring 2021 to enact their proposal.
We are also now calling for applications from graduate students for five Summer Research Fellowships. Successful applicants will receive $10,000 in summer funding and would participate in the intellectual life of the Humanities Center during the 2020-21 academic year.
All details are available here: https://www.humcenter.pitt.edu/apply-humanities-center-programs
Applications for both fellowships are due by April 6, 2020.
We look forward to a time when we can convene again to think together in person!
