Coach demonstrating proper slipping and countering during our Boxing For Muay Thai class. We have a dedicated boxing for Muay Thai class on Tuesday and Thursday evening. Come check it out!

The champ is here!
wins the 154lb MTAAC title in a dominant fashion. Stuck to the game plan. Listened to instruction and applied it. Couldn’t ask for a better athlete to work with. Back to the lab next week.

ISKA day 1 is done.
Jack wins and moves onto the semifinals tomorrow
Kanu got a walk over cause his opponent bailed. He fights in the finals tomorrow.
Dan had a 3 round war that was an absolute pleasure to watch. Didn’t get the nod from the judges but a great first fight back after a 2 year lay off after knee surgery..
Zia, Maria, and Guillermo all fight tomorrow as well. Gonna be a packed day. Can’t wait for the team to put on some more great performances.
