Hello Families!

We here at LEDP hope you have enjoyed a wonderful winter break. We are so excited to welcome all of the children back after this long and well-deserved time to rest and recharge.

We would also like to take a moment to thank our incredible staff and board members for their continued hard work and dedication—they truly make our program possible.

LEDP is looking for student contributors for our new Digital Newsletter!

Students interested in the following positions should email Ms. Sisk at [email protected] by Sunday, January 24th:
Writer: Write creative stories for the Newsletter
Reporter: Keep us up to date on what's happening in the world
Artist: Draw comics and pictures

With PPS adopting a virtual learning model for the first nine weeks, we are exploring off-site locations for LEDP.

If we are able to successfully and safely do this, we will share our safety plan with families. Additionally, we will set up Zoom sessions to share our new routines and practices before families enroll their child(ren). Please know that spaces are likely to be limited, and we will first prioritize students who were enrolled at LEDP as of March 13th, 2020.

Current and prospective families: at LEDP, we are trying to prepare for any possible scenario this fall. If you're able, please complete this 5 minute survey to help us better understand your family's anticipated child care and extended day care needs.

In response to covid-19, LEDP is exploring how we can best serve our families in the 2020-2021 school year, and prepare for every possible scenario. If you are able, please complete this 5 minute survey to help us gather more information on your family's needs in the first nine weeks of school.

We know that our families are anxiously awaiting information about the 2020-2021 school year. At LEDP, we're looking forward to serving our families in whatever way we can. As we await PPS's reopening plan and subsequent information, we ask for your continued patience.
