Rosie Franjoine, A’24, MS’25, plans to open a training facility for service dogs that support individuals with mental health conditions. 🐾
“Witnessing the struggle for some people, they deserve to have the type of accessibility that service dogs can provide,” she said.
With Staci Offutt's guidance and her goal in mind, Rosie enrolled in the M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership program.
“I was looking for a program that would build leadership experience since I want to become a good CEO for my future company."

Seamus McDermott, Cassidy Fabiano, and Dakota Jonke for winning first place in the Strategic Management Capstone competition!
They showcased their strategic decision-making skills through a consulting project for United States Steel Corporation. U.S. Steel judges chose the team for their overall strategy and professionalism. The team will split $2,800 in prize money. 🎉

Kaleb worked the 2026 A10 Men's Basketball Championship at PPG Paints Arena and with the NFL draft approaching, the excitement never stops in Pittsburgh.

Senior finance students attended the Financial Management Association International Finance Leaders' Conference in NYC with Dr. Ryan Garvey. 📈
During the conference, Ashlei Applegarth and Robyn Hunt had the exciting opportunity to moderate the Nasdaq Investment Outlook session.
The students were presented with the Superior Chapter Award, an achievement earned by less than 10% of FMA chapters.
They also connected with successful alums and explored iconic landmarks like the United Nations and the World Trade Center.

We were proud to attend the 2026 Lending Hearts Gala honoring Mr. Chip Ganassi B'82, cancer survivor and Owner and CEO of Chip Ganassi Racing.
The gala also celebrated Penelope Byler and her family for their courage and resilience. At just 2½, she was diagnosed with a rare cancer, undergoing 42 weeks of chemotherapy, 24 weeks of maintenance therapy, and four surgeries. At ten years old, Penelope is cancer-free. 💜
Lending Hearts' vision is to bring hope and strength to everyone impacted by cancer.
