The seminar βITA Test Overviewβ discusses the test format, the rated skills, the rubric used to evaluate these skills, and strategies that students can use to best demonstrate their fluency. In addition, students can observe a sample from an actual ITA test and try out their skills as a test rater.

We are moving to a 2 day format!
Please join us for the 6th annual International Teaching Assistant (ITA) Professionals Symposium, hosted by International and Academic English and the School of Education at the University of California, Davis.
The ITA Professionals Symposium brings together ITA support specialists (ITA testers and trainers, ESL specialists, faculty ITA coordinators, and ITA researchers) to share their work. This is a great opportunity to network with colleagues, learn about new resources, and discuss evidence-based practices and research supporting ITAs.
