This 6 week course if a breakdown of the core fundamentals we need to be a better BMX racer. Each skill is broken down into a 2 hour lesson with skills needed both on and off the track. Riders will learn how to practice the skills at home as well as the ones they will use on the track. This set of classes is designed for all ages and skill levels. You have the flexibility to come to all 6 or pick what skills you want to sharpen up on and come for just 1 class. All riders must obtain a USABMX license to ride in the classes.

If you have any questions please contact Coach Carley Young directly. (352) 346 - 0783

In 2019 Karen young started on her BMX journey. Each year meeting new ladies and pushing herself to be better. Pretty proud of her journey starting something she has been apart of for 29 years before trying it herself. At the young age of 60 she found the courage to try something new and has been killing it ever since. She got inspired after attending a Women’s Weekend at Rays and continued to come to events educating her how to be safe on her bike. If you are looking for a little motivation to try something new let Karen inspire you that anything is possible and if you keep at it you too can be #1 too! Karen Young
