AWB is open from Labor Day to Memorial Day. We are a drop-in child care facility and preschool. We are closed for the summer.
When we reopen after Labor Day, we offer a three day a week (MWF) preschool for 4 year olds and two day a week (TR) preschool for 3 year olds. We are also a drop-in child care facility for children 6 weeks to pre-K. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7am to 6pm. Since we are a drop-in facility we only charge for the child care you use and you do not have to pay to hold your place.

Despite Northgate’s 2 hr delay, AWB will open as usual at 7am and there will be preschool. Be careful driving.

One week away! The Northgate School District is hosting a spaghetti dinner for the families of students entering kindergarten in the 2026-27 school year. The dinner will be held on Thursday, February 26, from 5-7 p.m. at Bellevue Elementary School. This event is for families from both Avalon and Bellevue boroughs.
