Windover Hills Preschool 4yr old classes had a hopping good time at their Easter Parties on Wednesday. 🐰

Mrs. Piel’s class had some special visitors at their party, thanks to Mrs. Slappo. Her class hatched baby chickens and our class adored them.

Our 4yr old classes enjoyed the Park Rangers program today. Hopefully, everyone has warmed up after our little walk around the pound, where we found bird nests, some cool birds, and some ducks in the pond. 🦆

A rainy but fun field trip visit with the Park Rangers to South Park for our 3’s class. They learned about many animals, including owls that live around our area. Animals that live in the water, and what they eat. They were able to feel the pelts of a variety of animals. The most popular station was getting to meet Mr. McSlithers Ranger Elise’s pet snake. She even let the kids pet it if they wanted. 🐍

Letter X is for Xylophone!! The 3’s and 4’s classes got a chance to learn about and play a real Xylophone in class.

Officer Jason from the ACPD and his friend Billie the talking bike came to talk with our 4yr old class about car, bike, and road safety and also stranger danger. Everyone had so much fun!! Now they are all Junior Deputies and received their certificate, sticker badge and coloring book.
