National Nutrition Month® Created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and celebrated in March, National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign to educate the public about healthful eating.
The Foods Lab class did an excellent job with their "High Tea" final project. The menu included a selection of scones, short breads, quiche and sandwiches. Kudos to the students and their hard work!
