Here is what is required for your evaluations...

What is required by the parent at each evaluation?
*A log recording 180 days or 900 hours of schooling
*Samples of student's work that shows growth...
-AT LEAST 3 samples of English, spelling, writing & reading, math, science and social studies
-1 sample of fire safety
-evidence (which can be sample or pictures) of heath & physiology, physical education, music and art.
*Results of nationally standardized tests in reading, language arts and Math in grades: 3, 5 & 8
*An interview with the student

Hello homeschoolers!
I know some parents are getting ready for evaluations already! (Way to go! My kiddos will still be doing school until the middle of May. So NO worries if you are not ready yet!)

But if you are ready for evaluations, I have 3 May dates picked out. Please sign up below on the google doc. If these dates do not work for you, send me a message, and we can work something out!

Let me know if anyone has any questions when ending out the school year! Remember, evaluation letters do not need to be turned into your school district until JUNE 30th 😀 Also 2024-2025 NOTARIZED affidavits and objectives are due AUGUST 1st.
