CCAC Voc Res Program

The Vocational/Residential Professional Development Program is designed to meet the needs, requirements, and interests of vocational/residential service agencies funded by the Allegheny county Department of Human Services. Thisicombined training program, which began in the fall of 1991, evolved from previous training offered separataely to vocational and residential staff.
Summer Catalogs were mailed last Thursday. Give us a call if you don't receive yours in a few days.

REMINDER: The Vocational/Residential Planning Committee is meeting May 23, 9:00 a.m. in Byers Hall, room 211 of the Allegheny Campus.
We're looking for representatives from each agency. Please join us or email your suggestions for courses and program improvement.
Summer Catalog is in the works. It will be ready to go on line and in the mail the first week in June. If you don't receive your catalogs by the second week in June, please let us know. If your contact person or address has changed in the past year, please let us know now, so we can send the catalogs to the appropriate person. Thank you.
CLASS CANCELATION The Access 2 class scheduled for this Friday is cancelled due to low registration. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. The Voc Res Program would like to continue offering computer classes. Please check out the schedule for summer and help us fill the classes. We only need 10 students to run a class.
WE need more students to enroll in the evening CPR and First Aid classes to be held on 5/14 and 5/16. We can only hold the class if we have a minimum of 10 people attending. If you plan to attend as a walk-in, please let me know.

CCAC Safety Procedure has changed. If you are attending a class on a CCAC campus, you will need to bring photo ID. Please keep a copy of your registraton form and take it with you. This is just for classes held at the Allegheny Campus or Braddock Hills Campus.
The Fire Safety Class scheduled for April 26 at the Braddock Hills Center is now FULL. No more registrations will be accepted.
CLASS CANCELLED: We only recieved one more registration for the Fire Safety Class at North Campus, April 10, 9:30 a.m. We're cancelling due to low registration. If you think classes at North Campus, or anywhere else for that matter, would be helpful, let us know. Thanks.
