Labounsky and Langlais . . . reflections on the life and work of French organist Jean Langlais by his former student and life-long advocate Ann Labounsky.
Dr Labounsky with one of the greatest improvisers of the 20th century, Pierre Pincemaille (RIP, he was Organist of Saint Dennis in Paris). He visited Pittsburgh and also hosted many Duquesne organists at the basilica in 2000. One of the many geniuses that and Labounsky has brought into our consciousness through her teaching.
