The IKA dojo was very happy to be able to perform two demonstrations on Saturday at the Tekko convention downtown. All the participants gave a great performance and had some fun along the way. Great job to all those who took part in the demonstration!

Thank you to Howard Steele Sensei for the engaging and informative seminar yesterday: “Down but not Done”. We learned some very valuable techniques on how to protect ourselves should we get knocked over in a fight. We’re very appreciative of his time and expertise. 🥋
