3 sessions. 1 certificate. A lifetime of impact. ππ§
Drs. Lewis and Harty are incredibly proud of the newest group of teen Mental Health First Aiders! Over three dedicated sessions, these students went beyond just learning; they practiced the life-saving action steps to Notice, Listen, and Connect their peers to support. π£οΈπ€
We loved seeing their confidence grow as they mastered how to:
β
Look for warning signs
β
Ask how their friend is doing
β
Listen non-judgmentally
β
Help them connect with a trusted adult.
Seeing the next generation step up for one another is why we do this work. π
Letβs keep the conversation going: Who is one trusted adult in your life that you can always turn to? π
