Summer is a time when many children may not have access to the free and reduced-price meals they get during the school year, and households might need a little extra help putting meals on the table.

SUN Bucks, Pennsylvania’s Summer EBT program, is a new grocery benefits program that provides households with a one-time payment of $120 for each eligible child to buy food while school is out. Benefits can be used at local participating retailers to purchase groceries.

Many children will get these benefits automatically, but some households will need to apply. The benefits will be added to an existing SNAP/TANF EBT card or a newly issued Summer EBT card.

The Baldwin-Whitehall School District proudly celebrates the Baldwin High School Class of 2026 as they take the next step on their Journey of a Highlander.

Commencement ceremonies begin at 7:00 PM this evening at Baldwin High School Stadium. Gates will open at 5:30 PM, and guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, entry, and finding their seats before the ceremony begins.

The Baldwin-Whitehall School District is excited to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 at this year's commencement ceremony. Graduation will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Baldwin High School Stadium, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.

To ensure a smooth and safe entry process for all guests, the stadium gates will open at 5:30 PM. We encourage families and guests to arrive early to allow sufficient time for parking, seating, and entry before the ceremony begins. Graduates should follow all previously communicated arrival and check-in procedures and report to their designated location at the assigned time.

Congratulations to our girls' softball team on an exciting 11-7 victory over Lower Dauphin in the first round of the PIAA Softball Championships!

With the win, the Highlanders earn the program's first PIAA playoff victory since 2018 and advance to the PIAA quarterfinals.

The journey continues on Thursday as Baldwin takes on Shaler High School at 3:00 PM at West Mifflin High School, with a trip to the PIAA semifinals on the line.
