In a recent Art Expression workshop at 412 Youth Zone participants created fidget jewelry. They worked through the frustration of things not being perfect by engaging in jewelry making for themselves and each other to express their friendships.

This month, we reflect on, honor, and learn from the incredible legacy of Black history.

At a recent workshop at a local shelter, participants created a personalized winter themed scarf to wear.

In a recent Art Expression workshop at Passages for Recovery participants painted pumpkins with the goal to reflect their inner, authentic selves and to shed their masks. The conversation centered around the pressure to change our “mask” around different people, and ways to stay true to yourself.
