No prior experience necessary!

In this workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the spiral technique, focusing on smooth transitions, controlled movements, and graceful spins. Lacy will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported as you explore this elegant and dynamic style. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some pole or aerial experience, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to enhance your skills, improve your flexibility, and discover the joy of spiral pole.

For level 2+ on any apparatus

In this workshop, we’ll delve into complex spiral movements, focusing on fluidity, momentum control, and advanced transitions. Lacy will guide you through intricate sequences that combine strength, flexibility, and grace, helping you refine your technique and build your confidence on the spiral pole.

12:00 to 4:00 PM daily with a showcase open to friends and family at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 10th.
Ages 6 to 12
Open to beginners as well as veteran students.

Early bird price (through April 1st): $350
Cost starting April 2nd: $395

Lights, camera… ACTION 💥🎬

Coach, stunt performer, and formal professional acrobat Yuri Marmerstein is coming to Iron City Circus Arts to teach us the art of performing stunts and fight scenes on camera! 📸

This workshop will take students through fundamental concepts to maximise intensity while being completely safe and controlled.
No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome!

It’s time for our third annual Circus Family potluck!!

Please join us on Saturday, February 28th at ICCA from 6pm - 9pm! Partners, friends, kiddos are all welcome! 🥳

We ask that you bring your dish with a label indicating ingredients and whether your dish meets any dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, nut free etc). Please be sure to clearly label any containers/utensils that come with you!

We will provide cups, plates, plasticware and H2O. Please feel free to BYO adult beverages or mocktails to consume/share.
