🎪Studio Closures & Events🎪

✨Labor Day!
We will be closed Monday, September 7th for Labor Day. We are planning to remain open Friday - Sunday, September 4-6. If you know you will miss your regularly scheduled class that weekend, please email [email protected] to let us know.

♥️ Wedding in our Space 9/11 & 12
We will be closed Friday, Sept. 11 and Saturday, Sept. 12 for a wedding in our space. No classes or lessons will be held either of these days.

🤩 Pole Showcase!
Our annual Pole Student Showcase will be the evening of Saturday, Sept. 26! Open Gym will be cancelled Friday, Sept. 25 for their dress rehearsal. Classes on Saturday will run as usual. More details about the show, including ticket sales coming soon!

🔮 Enchanted Creature Ball
Our own Joanna Abel Joanna Abel is hosting her Enchanted Creature Ball at ICCA on Sunday October 18th! Classes after 1:15 PM will be cancelled that day.

Kids
✨ Tot Circus 1 Drop-in or Session (ages 5 to 7): Thursdays at 4:15 PM & Sundays at 11:00 AM
✨ Youth Intro to Aerial Arts Session (ages 8-13): Saturdays at 11:00 AM

Teens & Adults
✨ Intro to Aerial Arts Session (ages 14+): Fridays at 4:00 PM and Sundays at 12:00 PM

If you wish to use a make-up class to take a drop-in class, please send an email to [email protected] letting us know the day and time of the class you would like to attend at least 48 hours in advance. We will confirm your reservation via email. Otherwise, feel free to sign up via the link in our bio or on Mindbody! 🫶
 
The studio will be closed for classes and private lessons on June 20th & 21st. Next sessions schedule will be posted soon and will begin on Monday, June 29, 2026.

✨Beginner Aerial Spiral Pole✨

Ages 14+
No prior experience necessary!

In this workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the spiral technique, focusing on smooth transitions, controlled movements, and graceful spins. Lacy will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported as you explore this elegant and dynamic style. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some pole or aerial experience, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to enhance your skills, improve your flexibility, and discover the joy of spiral pole. 

✨Intermediate Aerial Spiral Pole✨
6:30 - 8:30 PM
For level 2+ on any apparatus
Ages 14+

In this workshop, we’ll delve into complex spiral movements, focusing on fluidity, momentum control, and advanced transitions. Lacy will guide you through intricate sequences that combine strength, flexibility, and grace, helping you refine your technique and build your confidence on the spiral pole.
