It’s finally here! The A to Z Nanny Contract has been completely overhauled. I kept the pieces you already know and love, and updated the language, added new choices, and reworked sections to better reflect what today’s jobs actually look like.

And the biggest change? Hybrid and family assistant roles finally have a real framework. No more throwing 47 responsibilities into a job description and hoping one human being can somehow get it all done. The new system helps you (and employers) define what’s actually part of the job, how much work is involved, what can reasonably fit into one person’s schedule, how much ownership they have, and what happens when there’s simply more work than hours in the day.

Basically, we’re putting some much-needed structure around roles that have gotten super-sized over the years.

During this free webinar, Kenzee Knott of the Fred Rogers Institute will join Highmark Caring Place’s Grief Talk to explore how Fred Rogers’ approach can help us talk with children about grief, difficult experiences, and the feelings that come with them. Participants will also learn how to apply the six fundamentals of learning and growing in tangible ways within their own grief-focused practice.
