She creates a great illustration and explanation for taking a chance for growth and change. I could not have said it better! 🪴❤️

Outgrowing limiting spaces can be a part of your growth journey, too. Even though the unknown of “what’s out there” can be overwhelming, what remains true is that there is more that is possible beyond what you know. As a plant presses against the edges of its pot, what it eventually learns is that a world much larger than its container is full of sunlight, space, and nourishment waiting beyond the confines of the pot. Growing out of the pot will not be simple, but it will be transformative.

Consider something in your life that is “growing out of its pot.” Maybe there’s an area of your life where you’ve followed old rhythms, but those rhythms aren’t quite matching what’s been changing in life. Perhaps you’ve always let certain people “humble” you, but you’re starting to realize it’s been at the expense of being who you really are. Maybe there’s a part of you that’s been waiting, a part that has held back because it was easier to go along with what others expected. But now, there’s a quiet urging, a sense that it’s time to grow beyond those old boundaries.

Whatever area of your life where you’ve started to notice or observe this, consider: What possibilities might be waiting beyond the edges of this “pot?” How might sunlight nourish this growth, if you dared to reach beyond? How might expanding reveal new sources of support?

Growth doesn’t look the same for everyone. For some, change is obvious and happens all at once. For others, it’s more subtle, showing up in small ways over time. Wherever you find yourself, know that it’s something you can notice and take time to understand.

Change comes in all forms, pay attention. Notice the pace of your growth and outgrowth—big or small.

May growth unfolds in many ways. đź’š

All I can say is a big YEP to this! Holding space is an amazing skill to learn for everyone and to share with everyone. I find most often that people just want to be heard and seen which leads to enough space created for them to then see the next steps on their path all on their own. ❤️

The secret to healing and growth is there is no secret. People hold their own keys, other people just remind them that they’re in their pocket! 🥳

Hey everyone! I’m doing some market research to add to an idea that dropped in this morning. I want to know what does imagination mean to you and/or how do you use it or not use it in your life? This pondering applies to adults and kiddos if you have your own and want to ask them! Thank you for any shares! Please post in the comments or feel free to dm your thoughts, too! 🤓❤️

For anyone who can use this reminder today. One small thing today, one tomorrow, and repeat as necessary. ❤️

Starts with the foundations in parents (grownups) and them modeling it for the kiddos in their lives. ❤️

Found this to be a great reminder today! Shifting into gratitude, not to override the real life occurrences, but to offer a perspective shift for viewing it. Our experiences have different sides or facets to them and can be turned this way and that to offer ways of viewing what’s going on in any moment.

There is always a choice during our journeys, even as we walk through the shadows seeking light. Using the information you have and the awareness in your heart you can make a choice on how to make the next move on your game path. It’s an honor to hold space and walk beside people along their journey! ❤️
