🚨 NEW ISSUE ALERT 🚨

Issue 2 of the Interdisciplinary Review of ValEUs is here!

Two big questions drive this one:
What does it cost the rest of the world when former imperial powers narrate their global conduct as values instead of power?
Why does illiberalism keep finding a foothold inside a Union built on liberal democracy?

From decolonial critique to archival deep-dives on the 1948 Genocide Convention, from frame analysis to fieldwork to flat-out provocation — this issue brings together voices spanning political theory, EU studies, and international law.

✍️ Featuring: Mohammed Bamyeh, Jarosław Jańczak, Mikhail Minakov, Timm Beichelt, Dániel Mikecz, Ayhan Kaya & Randall Halle
