I love using MobyMax in my classroom because it really helps me meet each student where they are. At the start of the year, I give placement tests so MobyMax can figure out exactly what each child needs to work on. From there, students get personalized lessons that match their skill level. After teaching a mini-lesson, I assign related MobyMax activities—it’s a great way for students to practice independently and get instant feedback. I also use the progress reports to see who’s excelling and who needs a little extra support. Celebrating milestones with badges and small rewards keeps students motivated, and setting weekly goals helps them stay on track. For those who finish early, MobyMax has challenging content to keep them engaged. I mix independent work with short group discussions so students can learn from each other. Overall, MobyMax makes differentiation easy, keeps learning fun, and helps me focus on what matters most for each child.

I really enjoy using MobyMax in my special education classroom. I use multiple placement tests and benchmark tests that are aligned with grade-level content standards for my state, and these really give me a lot of insight into where student strengths and difficulties with content are, and help me to try different strategies for scaffolding their learning and adapting to their learning styles. It also gives me a viable and effective resource to use to assign independent work and be assured that the lessons being taught are appropriate for their needs. I can see the growth multiply when they see themselves as successful when they are able to independently navigate the program.
