ELI students soared and met some new web-footed friends last Friday at Pittsburgh's !

The ELI welcomed new and continuing students to our summer term program with a tour of downtown Pittsburgh! Students had the opportunity to check out some of the beautiful spots in city, including the fountain at Point State Park and the Grandview Overlook.

Spring Break Adventure Alert! 🌸 ELI students and staff kicked off their Spring Break with a trip to the Carnegie Museum of Art and History!

From ancient artifacts to modern masterpieces, students got the chance to explore the wonders the Carnegie Museum had to offer!🖼🦕

An extra cold winter doesn't stop the ELI! Students, staff and faculty took time this weekend to go bowling, an excellent way to "strike" up some fun on a cold day in Pittsburgh🎳!

A blast from the past! The ELI recently welcomed Julio Blasco, a graduate of the Intensive English Program's Fall Semester of 1985. In Julio's words, 'The ELI was not only a place to learn English, but also a place to find community, make friends, and learn about American culture.'

In the spirit of Halloween last week, ELI students got the chance to try their hands at carving Jack -O'-Lanterns, a classic American tradition!

ELI students and staff watched the University of Pittsburgh Women's Volleyball team take a victory against Georgia Tech! Pitt's Women's Volleyball team is currently ranked 6th in the NCAA!
