Hi Everybody - a reminder - the annual picnic is this Sunday. You should have gotten one or more emails. It's in Highland Park, noon - 3:30, at the Bigelow Grove Shelter. If you haven't signed up yet, no worries. Come anyway! Just let us know so we'll have enough drinks, etc. and please bring a dish to share. Hope to see you there!

Kirsten Shriver, one of our local alums, asked me to pass this along. She invites everybody to come to a performance of the Renaissance City Choir's 2016 pride concert 'Stepping Towards the Future Hand in Hand. It will be in the East Liberty Church courtyard at 4 PM on June 4 and 5. See the flier below...

The picnic is in two days and right now the forecast looks great! We're expecting a good turnout. If you haven't signed up but are interested in coming, bring some food to share and just show up!

Hi Everybody,

Our annual picnic is coming up in about a week and a half. This year we will gather in lovely North Park. If you haven't yet, please take a moment to register so that we have some idea what we will need in the way of supplies. Hope to see you there!

This Sunday, Jan. 26 we are pleased to present a reading of 'Day Room Window' play about nine adolescent girls incarcerated as adults in a women’s prison and the circumstances that got them there. Through the eyes of a counselor, we witness their journey toward self-discovery and the possibility of salvation. This play brings the lives of children in adult prisons out of the darkness and into the light.

For those of you joining us on Saturday for the picnic (and that should be everybody!) there was a slight error in the invitation. The picnic will be held at the Elm Grove Shelter in Highland Park (the invitation said 'oak grove'). Sorry for the confusion.
