Why yes, I did buy this because of the label and the $7.99 sale tag. I confess, I’ve had this Chardonnay before, so I knew that behind the pretty Elizabethan label was a pretty little Chard. Soft, round, buttery Chardonnay with notes of poached pear and apricot and balanced oak. Very nice for the very nice price.
