Check out this awesome news! 👏🏼👏🏼

In the spring, 39 Keystone Oaks High School students took the AP Precalculus, Calculus AB, and Calculus BC exams and every single one of them passed the exam of three or higher! Remarkably, all 12 students who took the AP Calculus BC exam received a 5 - the highest grade on an AP exam!

To recognize their accomplishments, High School math teacher Mr. Kirchner hosted a celebration during Eagle Time on Friday. Congratulations to this hard-working group of students and their dedicated teacher on this tremendous success.

Great news!

Since Mother Nature has cooperated the past two days, crews were able to start pouring the rubber surfacing for the new playground at Aiken Elementary School! 🎉🛝🎉

If everything goes as planned, the playground should be ready for students to use on Friday!

We officially kicked off the 2026-2027 school year with an inspiring and energetic morning for all Keystone Oaks employees! 🎉🎉

🎤 We welcomed Pittsburgh Pirates In-Game Host Joe Klimchak, who shared his story of perseverance and the importance of a growth mindset.

🎶 Student performers from last year’s elementary choir and musical, the middle school musical, and the Golden Eagles Marching Band shared their musical talent.

💛 Senior athletes recognized teachers who have had an impact on their lives.

☕️Andreh and Sage, members of the Class of 2027, served complimentary hot and iced coffee, refreshers, and other specialty beverages in the KOffee Shop.

Last week, we welcomed one dozen new employees to the Keystone Oaks School District! These newest Golden Eagles will be working in a variety of elementary, middle and high school positions, including classroom teacher, school nurse, and school counselor. 💛🦅🤍

These new staff members took part in Keystone Oaks' three-day New Faculty Orientation program, where they met their mentors, toured the district, and met with administrators to review technology, special education, student services, and more.
