The Caring Castle The Caring Castle is a childcare center servicing children 8 weeks - kindergarten age!

Goals and Objectives for our Center
-- To help the children with self esteem and socialization skills, as well as, encouraging them to learn through developmentally appropriate activities.
-- Work in coordination with families to be sure we are conveying similar values, as well as sharing experiences we have with their child(ren).
-- Providing parents opportunities for involvement in their child'

s daycare/learning experience.
-- Provide an affordable program that uses cost-effective management to ensure the children have the most qualified teachers/caregivers while maintaining a fun and safe learning environment.

We’re looking for a loving and dependable caregiver to join our daycare team. If you enjoy helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and supportive environment, this could be the perfect job for you!

What we’re looking for:
✨ Someone who loves working with children
✨ Patient, caring, and responsible
✨ Team player with a positive attitude
✨ Childcare experience and Associates degree preferred, but not required

What we have to offer:
🧸 Full and part-time positions
🧸 $16-$18/hour, dependent on experience
🧸 Holiday, vacation, and sick paid time off
🧸 Help obtaining onboarding clearances and state mandated trainings
