Got back yesterday from the 2025 ACES conference in Philly, and got to love up on my nephew and see his parents 🥰. I was running on E before I left, and I’m still pretty exhausted, but feeling so inspired. It was an absolute honor to present. I’m thrilled to share that my business, The Creative Complement Co., is now officially recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP No. 7708)!

For almost two years, I’ve been offering courses for counselors, and now you can earn NBCC credit hours after taking a course with me!

Creativity is not the same as art, but for me, art making is how I creativity cope. I meet the BOTH | ANDs of life with the BOTH | ANDs of creativity.

I can be both incredibly happy and suffering, art helps me do this with grace and beauty while creativity allows me to keep making art.

Hope and suffering, a beautifully complex aspect of life.
