There are so many benefits to walking, but it can feel a little tedious at times. Joining a walking club may be difficult given the current pandemic, but there are many other options to keep you motivated. Tracking apps like Fitbit and MapMyWalk can keep you motivated by tracking your progress, while programs such as 99Walks offer virtual groups, classes and motivation. Cardio is an important aspect of your workout routine, so don't let it fall by the wayside as we head into cooler months. Lace up the sneakers and start moving!
