At North Hills ATA Martial Arts, we offer a variety of programs to help teach the martial art of Taekwondo to students of all ages and skill levels. We have several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, to weapons training, to leadership and life skills building. Over the years, the ATA has come to realize that

Champion's Path is more than a tournament series.
It's a year-long journey designed to help students build confidence, overcome challenges, develop leadership skills, and discover what they are truly capable of achieving.
Along the way, students will have opportunities to participate in special events, trainings, competitions, and experiences that will help them grow both on and off the mat.

🏆🎉 Congratulations to Our Northeast District Championship Competitors! 🎉🏆
What an incredible day at the Northeast District Championships! We are so proud of every student who stepped onto the competition floor and represented North Hills ATA Martial Arts with confidence, determination, and sportsmanship.
A special congratulations to our students who earned the title of District Champion! 🥇 Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence truly paid off.
Most importantly, we're proud of every competitor who challenged themselves, gave their best effort, supported their teammates, and demonstrated the Black Belt attitude we strive for every day. Success isn't just measured by medals and trophies. It's measured by the courage to step into the ring, perform under pressure, and continue growing.
Thank you to our families, coaches, and supporters for helping make this season such a success. The journey doesn't stop here! Next stop: even bigger goals ahead! 💪🔥

🎓 Congratulations to Ms. Gabby Manuel on her graduation from Montour High School yesterday! 🥳
We're so proud of you and can't wait to see what your future holds!
Ms. Manuel will be joining our summer camp team this year as well as continuing to be an instructor for evening classes. She will be attending CCAC in the fall majoring in business.

At North Hills ATA Martial Arts, we start students as young as 4 years old with age-appropriate classes designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning in a positive environment.
From fun obstacle-style drills to martial arts skills that build confidence for life, our Tigers program helps young students grow both on and off the mat! 👊🔥
And the best part? We have classes for ALL ages, from preschoolers to adults!
