Meeting on Sundays and Wednesdays about twice a month at the Wilkins School Community Center. In fact, people do many different things when they practice CI.
Contact Improv (CI) is a form of movement that can look like many different things to an observer. It encompasses a dynamic spectrum from slow to fast movement, and nuanced touch to full body contact.
