Another reminder:

Information about the conference hotels can be found at http://www.cmu.edu/slrf2012/hotels.html.

We have arranged for special rates for SLRF 2012 attendees at these hotels, which are all less than 1.5 miles from Carnegie Mellon University.

We will also be providing dedicated shuttle buses between these hotels and the conference venue (the University Center at Carnegie Mellon) on Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning.

Lots has been going on in preparation for SLRF 2012!

Notices of acceptance were sent out on Sunday, July 15. Congratulations to those whose proposals were accepted!

Also, registration is now open! Registration fees and a link to our registration site are available by clicking on "Registration" on our web site (http://www.cmu.edu/slrf2012).

We have also added abstracts for (most of) the colloquia. These are available by clicking on "Program" on our web site, and clicking on the name of each colloquium. Take a look, and start planning which colloquia you won't want to miss!

It’s your last chance to submit a paper or poster proposal for SLRF 2012!

We have extended the deadline for submissions by 24 hours. This means that you can submit or edit your submission until May 1, 2012. All submissions must be finalized by midnight International Date Line west time zone (UTC-12; the latest time zone on Earth). This is the equivalent of 7:00am EDT on May 2, 2012.
