Caitlin exemplifies exceptional mentorship by teaching interns how to combine clinical knowledge with compassionate, patient-centered care. Through thoughtful guidance, she demonstrates how to advocate for patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and consider the full picture. 

Her mentorship empowers future RDs to think critically, communicate confidently with providers, and develop creative, real-world nutrition interventions that improve patient outcomes. We are grateful for the lasting impact she has on both her patients and the next generation of dietitians 🥑🙌🏼☀️
