CCAC will kick off The Big Read in Pittsburgh with a free event Monday, March 3 at 6:00 p.m. at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum in Oakland. Because this year’s book selection focuses on the Vietnam War experience, the event will feature speaker Jan Scruggs, founder and president of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, in addition to other activities.
