A few weeks ago I received a call that a Pittsburgh Steeler wanted to donate playground equipment to my childcare center. I was shocked, surprised, and thankful that my center was chosen to be the recipient of such a generous donation.

To add more to my surprise, Levi Wallace, personally delivered the equipment and brought some of his teammates to assemble the equipment.

BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Wallace and his foundation, The Levi Wallace Foundation. His donation will enrich our program and provide the children with endless fun.

Overview

We are in search of:

*Full Time : Assistant Teacher Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

*Part Time : Assistant Teacher Monday - Friday 4-5 hours daily

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

Uphold Kidsville's mission to provide quality care where children grown academically, socially and emotionally
Nurture, engage, and prioritize the safety of the children.
Perform light duties related to tidying and cleaning up after the children
Must meet state specific guidelines
Must be able to use a computer with basic proficiency
Work indoors or outdoors with children
Required Skills

Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques for redirection
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual
Sufficient mobility for providing care to active children
Education/Other Prerequisites

Have a minimum of two years of experience caring for children
Must have obtained a high school diploma or GED certification
Be at least 18 years of age
Act 33/34 Clearances

Kidsville Daycare will be closed today due to weather conditions. We will reopen Friday 12/18 at our normal business hours.

When Covid19 cancelled Kidsville’s annual graduation we couldn’t let our kids go without recognizing their major milestone we brought graduation to them! 🎓
