Today Betty Dell came to our school for a mini residency from the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. She will be with us for the next four weeks exploring with the children what it means to be an actor and to use puppets to tell a story.

Our 4’s preschool friends and our Prk/K friends had fun playing in the field house at Highmark Center for Health, Wellness, and Athletics on campus today.

Our community service parent group worked with our children to make inspirational heart tokens to distribute to the college community on Valentine’s Day.

In our 3’s preschool program the children have been exploring art and artist. One artist the children investigated was Nam June Paik from South Korea. Using the pieces they gathered from their take-apart experience, the children created sculptures in the style of Paik’s “robot” works.

Happy Friday! We had a great start to our school year!

And just like that we are back! Our PreK/K and 4 Year Old programs are both in full swing! ❤️Love hearing all the laughter ringing through the school again!
