Ideal candidates will:
✔ Have prior childcare and classroom management experience
✔ Be knowledgeable about Keystone STARS and PA state regulations
✔ Bring a positive, energetic, and structured approach to the classroom
✔ Be passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for toddlers
