Our annual Adult Training Camp is back, and we’re stepping away from the Summer heat into an immersive martial arts experience in October. Train directly with Senior Masters Lisa and Steve Nakamura as we learn a traditional Shaolin bo staff form, explore Chin Na joint locks, and sharpen our ground defense. It’s the perfect blend of solid foundations and fresh insights.

UPDATE: Due to rain and thunderstorms in the forecast, we are postponing Saturday’s outdoor activities. All classes will take place on their regular schedule in the studio.

Don’t worry, we’ll bring a bit of outdoor fun inside with us. Join us for lots of games and great snacks after classes.
