Today we honor Indigenous Peoples Day — celebrating the history, culture, and strength of Indigenous peoples.
As more communities move away from marking Columbus Day in favor of recognizing the Indigenous voices that have too often been overlooked, we as union members, have an opportunity to once again stand for justice and solidarity in our communities. This includes lifting up Indigenous communities and their vital place in our shared history.

Happy Labor Day, union family! ✊
Today we honor the generations of working people who fought—and continue to fight—for safer jobs, fair wages, and dignity on the job. Our union knows that every right we have was won by workers standing together.
Solidarity is our strength, and it’s how we’ll keep building a better future for all. 💛

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth — a powerful reminder of the ongoing fight for freedom, justice, and equality.
While June 19, 1865, marked the end of slavery in the U.S., the struggle for racial and economic justice continues. We honor this day by standing in solidarity with all workers in the fight for dignity, equity, and liberation. ✊🏿✊🏾✊
