Owner/Coach Chelsea❤️⬇️

My love for health and fitness started when I was young around the age of 12. I was obsessed with WWE wrestling (yes - you read that right😆) and I’d work out to my favorite wrestler’s VHS home fitness videos. At the age of 16, I joined my first gym where I learned basic bodybuilding movements and took aerobic classes. My love for lifting and fitness in general led me from one interest to the next and over a decade filled with half marathons, CrossFit, powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. I'm a very goal oriented person and believe that when goals - no matter how big or small - are set and met, we build confidence and thrive.

Today, at the age of 34 and mom of two, I’m still a NPC Bikini competitor with the goal of going pro and in the process of completing my NASM Personal Training and Nutrition Coach Certifications. I’ve helped so many people in recent years and realized it was time to make this an official part of my life. I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion, wealth of knowledge in fitness and well-rounded experience into what is now my business that I can share with all of you. My goal is to help women get strong, be confident and feel beautiful in doing so. Life can throw us in all different directions and as a coach, I realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. However, I believe that making your fitness journey a priority is the center and baseline of a healthy lifestyle for overall physical and mental wellness - regardless of where you are in life. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter wanting to take it to the next level, I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time!

✨Confidence, Mindset & Trusting Yourself✨

Confidence doesn’t come from looking a certain way, acquiring material things or achieving status in your career. It comes from small daily habits and actually doing what you say you’re going to do. The second you start to keep promises to yourself and trust your own word - confidence starts to set in.

Two examples of self love are 1. prioritizing yourself and 2. taking care of your physical health. You have to believe that you’re worth those small daily habits and that you deserve to be mentally and physically where you want to be. When you aren’t used to believing that and being confident, it can feel like arrogance. And even some of the closest people around you can make you feel selfish if they don’t believe or understand that either.

Changing your mindset can change your whole life in which direction it takes. When it comes to physical fitness, we tend to focus on numbers - strength PRs, weight on the scale, duration to complete an exercise, etc. but regardless of goals, the biggest transformation will always be mental and come from within.

I want to help each and every one of my clients be her own advocate and never feel bad about confidently stepping into who she’s meant to be and who she wants to be. Once you have that and the ability to trust yourself, anything is possible!

What does "Powerbuilding Structure" mean exactly at Vogue? In short, powerbuilding is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding.

While powerlifting focuses on gaining maximum strength in 3 main compound lifts (the squat, bench and deadlift), bodybuilding focuses more on hypertrophy training to build size for aesthetic purposes.

As a baseline hybrid approach at Vogue, we'll use progressive overload in both training styles and tailor training programs to the individual’s personal strength, size and aesthetic goals. All training programs will emphasize compound exercises including but not limited to the main 3 lifts - think pull-ups, overhead pressing, lunges, etc.
