✨ Hello & welcome, new friends! ✨
I’m Joyce Maloney — owner of North Hills Nanny LLC. and the founder/admin of Pittsburgh Childcare Connections, an incredible community of over 18,000 families and caregivers right here in the Pittsburgh area. If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found your way!
I bring over 14 years of experience as a professional nanny, along with 10 years in the nursing field and a degree in Liberal Arts & Science. Being a caregiver isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. I was raised as the oldest of four in a single-parent household, and nurturing others has always come naturally to me.
North Hills Nanny LLC. was created to help families find trusted, experienced, and dependable childcare, while also advocating for nannies and supporting them in meaningful, professional placements. I truly believe childcare works best when families are supported as a whole — and I consider it a gift from God to be able to recognize needs and help bring peace and clarity to what can feel like an overwhelming process.
Outside of work, I love serving at church, leading a women’s group, volunteering, supporting local nonprofits, and spending quality time with my nieces and nephews — some of my absolute favorite people. I also enjoy camping, fishing, traveling, softball, live music, dancing, and staying connected to the Pittsburgh community I love so much.
I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing team of nannies who help serve families alongside me — this work would not be possible without them. If you’re a family searching for childcare or a caregiver looking for support and opportunity, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
Thanks for being here 🤍 I’m glad to serve.
