Happy Last Day of School to our St. Benedict the Moor Family! Have a safe and happy summer! See you on August 20th for the first day of school!
We had our last Mass today with grades 1-7.
It was a beautiful liturgy on the Feast day of Saint Charles Lwanga and Companions. We learned to have courage as God is with us!
We ended our liturgy with We Lift Your Name On High, a school favorite.

Our Class of 2026 enjoyed their special breakfast last week. The class gifted Principal Farrand a new journal as she steps into the role of Regional Superintendent in July.

Yesterday, we had our Candle & Sash program, which is a newer tradition. This very meaningful program is the symbolic transfer of leadership from the Class of 2026 to the Class of 2027. 8th grade gives 7th grade the light to lead, and 7th gives 8th their graduation sash which symbolizes their achievements at St. Benedict the Moor School.
