A young man I train just went to the Doctors office. This same time last year his doctor told him he was pre diabetic and wanted him to start taking meds.
He decided to make some dietary adjustments and upped his conditioning days.
Yesterday the same doctor told him he was no longer in danger of diabetes. No meds!!
