From pajama day and guest readers to dressing up as our favorite book characters and even writing our own stories — our classrooms were buzzing with imagination and excitement. 📖💫

Yesterday’s in-service at Shady Lane felt JOYFUL! 💛 Together, we reflected on what joy means to us as educators—when we feel it most and how we can cultivate it, even in challenging moments. It was inspiring to hear each educator share their experiences and the unique ways they bring joy to the children in their care.
