It has come to my attention that a parents whose service has been terminated recently made a concerning post about the center.

In the 9 years since I have taken over this is the first person to get online to bash my business due to termination. I absolutely prefer to respect each family’s privacy but due to the nature of the post, I am now forced to engage online and defend my business. This is uncharted territory for me and I am very upset that it came to this.

The parent in question Christinia fb name “ Chris Tina” has had multiple instances of disrespect to my elderly staff. Making threats of false reporting, cussing and raising your voice during business hours today was the grounds for immediate termination.

After you began to yell and make threats of false reporting you were asked to leave at which you refused and the police were mentioned. You were never cursed at, yelled at or cornered as you were in the front hallway. If you were refused access to the building after you had signed your child out for the day you would not have been in the building for this to have taken place. I never terminated your child but your services as you are not respectful to staff or of the centers few rules. I take pride in the service that I provide and will not stand for the lies. I am so confident in my staff and my service I provided you with the information to report any suspicion of abuse. NO parent who is concerned with their child’s treatment, health and safety would continue to drop their child off happily for months if they were concerned with the service provided at a child care center.

If I’ve never genuinely cared for your child I would not consistently ask you is there anything I can help with to ease your load. I go above and beyond because I can, I care and I WANT TO! I love each and every child at my center but I also understand when I must terminate service solely due to parents. Before this woman left the center she made threats such as post and mentioned she will make false reports as she was unhappy with termination. It is very unfortunate that you would choose to get online and make derogatory and false statements whilst blocking the page so I am unable to respond. Unfortunately due to the nature of the post and lies I will have no choice but to move forward with a civil suit for defamation. As mentioned in the private text I continue to wish you the best and pray for your healing. Love and prayer.
