The ELC was delighted to host Kallai (Mrs. K) over the past few weeks. Kallai is a graduate student at Carlow University pursuing a Master of Education in Early Childhood Supervision. She completed her administrative internship at the Early Learning Center and brings over 10 years of experience serving children and families as an early childhood educator.

As part of her internship project, she invited staff and families to share their perspectives through surveys and self-assessment regarding diversity, equity, and anti-bias practices within the program.

We are so incredibly proud to share that Ms. Maddie, Ms. Maddy, and Ms. Justice all walked at commencement this past week. Maddy finished her program in December, while Maddie and Justice wrapped up this month. So proud of our student workers and their success.

This month we celebrated Ms. Teresa for 5 years of service at the ELC. We are so incredibly lucky to have her here.
